Refund Policy

We strive to deliver best possible result. Client satisfaction is our highest priority. But still if you think we are not up to the mark please check refund policy to get refund. Some times our clients face communication issue due to email delivery problem. Before filing refund we request you to talk to our management at 0091 – 9903 500 999 or mail at support@linkbuildingservice.com. Our management will do their best to solve your question / grievances within 12 working hrs and will you give you an acceptable solution.

We want to retain you for long, so please feel free to talk to the management before you feel you should ask for refund. Refund can be processed in the event of one of the following conditions.

1. If we unable to start the project within 3 working days from the date of order.
2. If we haven’t started the project at all, even after 7 working days from the date of order.
3. If you are not satisfied with the report. (We request you let us know about your dissatisfaction.)

Refund usually gets processed within 2 working days from the date of request.
